Our Menu

We make a variety of from-scratch pastries and desserts, naturally leavened sourdough breads, seasonal ice cream, jams and other jarred goods and we also sell Counter Culture (Durham, NC) coffee and whole beans. Alongside our commitment to use local ingredients in everything we make, we use seasonal fruit in order to use produce at its peak and to honor the natural harvest cycle in NC.
